All Hallow’s Read – Because Books Are Just as Bad Ass as Candy

You know what’s bad ass? Books.

Neil Gaiman thinks so too. So he decided to kick off a new tradition – All Hallow’s Read. Instead of just giving candy to kids and jello shots to our friends – author Neil Gaiman thought it time that we start spreading the love of literacy – specifically horror literature – to everyone around us. And we here at GoresTruly couldn’t agree more.

Check out his video below and head over to All Hallow’s Read to see what people are saying – sharing – and be sure to read the FAQs and snag a poster like the one above to help spread the hipness that is All Hallow’s Read. Consider it like the zombie virus – except only smart.

About Meg

Blond, bold and brainy. Already scared aren’tcha? When Meg’s not book learnin’ or arguing the anatomy of zombies – shes probably in the ocean, watching star trek, or forcing everyone around her to endure horror moviethons. Bruce Campbell? Her personal demi-God. Costuming, comics, charity work, college and a kidlet take up most of her time. But seriously, who needs sleep when you’re training the future generation of nerd? With great power comes great responsibility…..or something.
