Prelude to a Nightmare is proud to announce the release of its newest album “Dark Ride,” a twisted and dark journey through an abandoned amusement park. This album has everything from creepy calliope to demented dub step. Over 50 minutes of music spread over 17 tracks, perfect for haunted attractions, Halloween themed events, and advertising.
Through the past year, Prelude has skyrocketed in popularity in the industry and among fans, moving most recently into the top 100 classical artists nationwide on the Reverbnation charts and expanding its listener base. Prelude has also been asked to create custom tracks for various haunts and venues for the upcoming Halloween season.
The man behind the music, Scott Michael Karan, explains that, “I have always tried to create something unique and eclectic to pique the interest of many listeners. Moving outside of the cookie cutter albums, and putting tracks together that can be enjoyed in many ways.”
Prelude has no intention on slowing down; it will officially release the album in CD form at the Canadian Haunted Attractions Conference in Hamilton, Ontario on Friday the 13th. After that, MP3 versions should be available in all major download stores.
