Plot: In feudal China, a blacksmith who makes weapons for a small village is put in the position where he must defend himself and his fellow villagers.
Thoughts: This looks ridiculous. Ridiculously awesome. I have high hopes for this movie especially considering the cast and the involvement of Eli Roth. And of course, Quentin Tarantino is a producer. Trailer looks good. Let’s hope the movie is too.
Nice addition of David Batista. He’s big and menacing and makes a great heel.
He’s practiced MMA since his pro wrestling retirement, so it’ll be interesting to see how well he moves.
