Kickstarting Horror: Frankenstein Created Bikers

From the creator of Dear God No comes the sequel – Frankenstein Created Bikers. Giving a big middle finger to Hollywood, Frankenstein Created Bikers is promising to be completely unique, filled with blood and some amazing practical special effects, and? Shot fully on 35mm film, which is almost unheard of in today’s film-making.

But they need your help. With only under 20 days left to go on their Kickstarter, they’re still shy of reaching their 32,000 dollar goal. But hopefully since Tristan Risk (Betty Boop fanatic from American Mary) just joined the cast? They’ll make this happen. Tristan will be playing the lead character Val, a femme fatale who has a little fetish with blowing things up.

You don’t hear us complaining.

Check out some more details below and be sure to head over to the Frankenstein Created Bikers Kickstarter and show your support.

From the Kickstarter:

Stylistically FRANKENSTEIN CREATED BIKERS pays homage to several of our favorite films like the Hammer Studio’s Frankenstein series, FASTER PUSSYCAT KILL KILLTHE BRAIN THAT WOULDN’T DIEHORROR RISES FROM THE TOMBTHE RE-ANIMATOR, Biker flicks and Hicksploitation drive-in pictures from the 70s. There are buckets of blood, scares, nudity, action, weirdness and REAL explosions (requiring insurance!), but the real star of this script is an underlying theme about addiction. We’re not talking drugs but EVERYTHING that chains us from feeling fulfilled in life. We explore this issue through the actions of really rotten characters doing really rotten things. All in the context of an entertaining FUN-filled smorgasbord, obviously.

About Meg

Blond, bold and brainy. Already scared aren’tcha? When Meg’s not book learnin’ or arguing the anatomy of zombies – shes probably in the ocean, watching star trek, or forcing everyone around her to endure horror moviethons. Bruce Campbell? Her personal demi-God. Costuming, comics, charity work, college and a kidlet take up most of her time. But seriously, who needs sleep when you’re training the future generation of nerd? With great power comes great responsibility…..or something.
