When it comes to horror fans, Kane Hodder is a household name. He’s played some of our favorite bad guys, including Jason Voorhees in the Friday the 13th series and Victor Corley in Hatchet. Kane Hodder isn’t just a giant scary actor, but in person he’s likely to be one of the nicest people you’ve ever met. And although Kane’s career is based on cinematic horror, he’s experienced quite a bit of real life horror as well. It’s a not so secret fact that the reason Kane always wears gloves is to cover his burn scars but nobody really knows what happened. Now, Kane Hodder the Producers of To Hell and Back: The Kane Hodder Story (Derek Dennis Herbet and Andrew T. Barcello) have joined together to create a documentary to not only tell Kane’s story, but raise awareness about burn survivors and raise money for The Bothin Burn Center in San Fransisco, where Kane’s life was saved.
